Most years we find one or two species in the wood that have not been seen or recorded before in Bottom Wood.
In 2009 we have found:
Copse snail Arianta arbustorum
Copper underwing moth Amphipyra pyramidea
Svensson’s copper underwing moth Amphipyra berbera
Raven Corvus corax
In 2010:
Liverwort Conocephalum conicum
